For Onemda students with support from Bendigo Bank
Football Federation Victoria was proud to visit Doncaster Rovers SC on Wednesday October 5, which marked the World Cup day of the club’s soccer program for Onemda students – a local Day Service Centre in Doncaster for people with a Disability.
More than 20 students from Onemda walked across the road to Doncaster Rovers SC, to participate in a World Cup football event with club volunteers, their carers and dedicated coaches Linda Bamford and Richard Fleming from Doncaster Rovers SC.
This year marks the 4th consecutive year of the partnership between Doncaster Rovers SC and Onemda, which is funded each year by the Bendigo Bank’s grant program from the Community Enterprise Foundation.
Every week, the participants have fun, start moving more through sport and improve their football skills in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment.
