Dear Rovers Family and Friends,
Manningham City Council has approved our return to play plan effective immediately.
What does this mean?
Rovers teams including MiniRoos, Juniors and Seniors will commence training from 8th June 2020, with a scheduled season start date of 28th June as indicated by Football Victoria for MiniRoos, Juniors followed shortly thereafter for our Senior groups.
Training will be in accordance with state government and council regulations. This means we are still unable to access our club rooms until further notice. We are working with Council and State Government on access rights as restrictions are lifted over the coming weeks.
We know parents and children are looking forward to receiving their uniforms, however as we are unable to access the uniform store, additional information with respect to uniforms collection will be issued over the coming weeks once Council allow access.
Guidelines have been attached including training schedules and COVID declaration forms that are required for each child attending training. Coaches and Team Managers will be required to take a formal record of attendance per the guidelines issued.
We ask that parents read and understand the return to play regulations as individuals and the club are at risk infringement if guidelines are breached.
